Wood Street Mission – Toy Appeal

Prestwich Classic Commercial Road Run is proudly supporting Wood Street Mission Christmas Appeal again this year. They are looking for donations of new toys, gifts, or books, unwrapped and suitable for children aged 0-14 years old. Chocolates, selection boxes, and wrapping paper are also much appreciated!

Local Donations are being accepted at the following venues: Morrisons Whitefield; Tesco Prestwich; St Margaret’s Tavern, Bury Old Road Prestwich; Macca’s Bar Prestwich Precinct; Prestwich Library.

Volunteer Frank Shatliff told Your Local BURY, “A special vehicle will be helping us on December 8th at Morrisons and Tesco. Thanks to a kind friend, Richard Downing Booth. Richard is coming from Stafford with his commercial vehicle to support our One New Toy Appeal for Wood Street Mission.”
