Meet The Trader – Scott’s Emporium

This year Scott’s Emporium is celebrating 25 years of trading on Bury Market, and they have also taken an opportunity to move their stall to the ‘Golden Mile’ area of the market.
“This is a busy area of the market and we wanted to bring our vibrant colour and flair to this area.” said Scott.
After 2 weeks of hard work, they are open and ready to welcome everyone to their stall, with an ever-friendly and helpful service.
Scott started helping out on a card stall at the age of 13 and fell in love with market life, realising this is where he wanted to be! He bought his first stall selling oils and gifts and since then has bought 3 more stalls selling flowers, bags and scarves with fiancée Julie.
Scott added, “We are very happy with the new stall location and excited to see what the future holds for us on Bury market.
“The atmosphere on the market is like no other, working alongside other traders, all of us trying to make the customers experience a great one every time they visit. It really is a fantastic place to work.”
