Kirsten Carroll, a primary and secondary languages teacher from Prestwich, has long dreamt of writing a book and is delighted to get her 1st children’s book published. Kirsten, who is married with two young boys wrote the story during lockdown and it is based around mindfulness and how children can deal with feelings of anxiety or frustration. The book called The Colour Breather” is published by bumblebee books and is available in paperback for £4.99.
