Sausage Mummies

Ingredients
• 6 regular sausages, 2 cocktail sausages
• 1 pack of shortcrust pastry
• 1 egg (for egg wash)

Method
• Preheat oven 200C/400F/Fan 180C/Gas Mark 6. Roll out your pastry and measure the sausages on the pastry cutting the pastry into strips with a sharp knife.

• Start from the base of the sausage and wrap the pastry around the sausage moving upwards.

• Make sure the pastry is pulled tightly around the sausage so it doesn’t unravel. Leave a gap at the top of the sausage for the sausage mummies ‘face’. Brush with egg wash and pop onto a baking tray and continue with the other sausages.

• Cook in the oven 15-20 mins until the pastry is golden and crisp. Once they’ve cooled draw on the scary faces using black writing icing.

Eyeball Pasta

Ingredients
Spinach Pasta any shape
Passata
Eyeballs
String Cheese
Black olives
Straws (assorted sizes)
Method
• Slice string cheese about 1/4″ thick. Cut the olives in half lengthwise.
• Using the straws cut circles out of the cheese discs, using the same straw, cut pieces out of the olives. Place the olive pieces in the cheese pieces to make eyeballs.
• Cook pasta according to directions. Top with a serving of pasta sauce and add eyeballs on top.

Halloween Punch

Ingredients
• 500ml Cranberry juice
• 1.5 litres Lemonade
• 3 limes, juice only
• Handful gummi worms
Method
• Pour all of the ingredients into a large glass bowl and mix until well combined.
• Drape the gummi worms over the edge of the bowl.
